What can we do with Croady?

With Croady's Cloud Server, you can upload and save documents in many formats, such as Excel, PDF, Photo, PowerPoint, Word and more. Then, you can share them with your Linked Users. By connecting with many friends who have Croady accounts, you can send out information to them and have them share information with you from the other side.

What are Owners?

“Owners” are a type of User Account that allows you to upload documents such as Excel, PDF, Photo, PowerPoint, Word, etc. You can show these uploaded documents to viewers and other owners connected by the Link. Sign up is free for 30 days and monthly service fee will be charged after that.

What are Viewers?

“Viewers” are a type of User Account that allows you to connect with Owners and view their documents. Viewers are not able to upload documents, but the Viewer account is free, always.

Can other Users connected by a Link edit or delete my uploaded Files?

No they can't. Other Users (Viewer and Viewer Owner) can only view documents on the internet and download it to their local devices.

Is there a limit to the number of Members that can share a File?

The maximum number of Links with other Users is determined by the Subscription Plan. You can connect with a number of other accounts up to the maximum number of Links allowed to your Account.

What is the maximum size of the File that can be uploaded at one time?

Up to 50 MB for file, 10GB for video

Can I upload my Video and Music?

You can upload video. Music is not yet available.

How many layers of Folders can be configured?

2 layers. You can set up a Sub-Folder under the Main Folder.

How easy is it to cancel my account?

You can cancel your Account at any time from your Profile page. You will not be charged a monthly fee once you have done so.

Can I change from an Owner to a Viewer?

You cannot change from an Owner to a Viewer. You can cancel your Owner account, then join as a Viewer.

Can I change from a Viewer to an Owner?

You can change from a Viewer to an Owner from your Profile settings. A free period of 30 days from the date of the change is applied.

How do I connect with other Users?

You search for Users to send a Link Request by using the "Link Search" button on the "Link Request" page. If you are an Owner, you can search for "Owners" (whose Files you want to see) and "Viewers" you want to share your Files with. If you are Viewer, you can only search for "Owners" whose Files you want to see.

Can I use a Link to connect with Users who don't have a Croady account?

No. Croady's Links allows you to connect between Accounts.

Who should make a Link Request, the Owner or the Viewer?

A Link Request can be made from either an Owner or a Viewer. Viewers cannot be connected to each other by Link. Moreover, Owners who want to receive Link Requests are displayed on the Link Board, you can also send the Link Request to the Owner.

How is the Link Number counted?

This is the total number of Owners and Viewers Linked to you. If the same User is connected to another as both an Owner and a Viewer, they are counted as two Links. The number of Owners Linked is the number of Owners displayed in the Link Owner List. The number of Linked Viewers is the number of Viewers in the Link Viewer List.

What is the Link Board for?

Owners who want to show their information to a large number of unspecified viewers can list themselves here with selecting "Name on Link Board" at "Link Search Option".

What is the “Link Received List”?

The “Linked Received List” shows all of the Link Requests you have received; You can Accept or Decline a Link Request from here.

Who are the Owners and Viewers that appear in the "Info." column of the "Link Received”?

Owner is the person who sent you a Link Request to show his/her files to you. The Viewer is the person who sent you a Link Request to see your Files.

The Owner account is free for 30 days. How can I find out when the free period expires?

You will see the number of days remaining in your Free Trial in the upper right corner when you Sign In.

What is the "Link Viewer List"?

This page shows all Linked Viewers. You can delete the link here.

What is the “Link Owner List”?

This page shows all Linked Owners. You can delete the link here.

What is the Link Block List?

This page shows people you declined received Link Requests, and deleted link. You will not receive another Link Request from these Users unless you UnBlock them.

How can I share my File to the Linked viewers?

Go to “My Data Box” and right click on the Folder you want to share. Select the option "Add Viewer". A pop-up window will appear and you can use the "Open Viewers" or "Member Name" to find the Users you want to share your documents with. If you use "Open Viewer", you will see the Viewers that are Linked but are not yet Members of the Folder. Adding a Viewer allows them to begin viewing your Files. Alternatively, you can search for Viewers. As with "Open Viewers", you can search for Viewers that are Linked to you but are not Members to the Folder.

How can I use "Create Message" in My Data Box (Owner only)?

This function is used when you want to convey a message to your Viewers who are viewing the Folder.

Can I check if a Viewer has seen a File?

The time when Viewer opens/previews/downloads your files/folders is shown at "Viewers & Remove" in "My Data Box". Right click on file/folder, then "Viewers & Remove" shows up.

Is it possible to have one Viewer as a Member of several Folders?

Yes.

I connected with an Owner by Link Request, but I can’t see any of theirs shared files. Why is this?

The Owner has not yet added you as a Member to the Folder. You can contact the owner by chat to remind.

What is the difference between the Enterprise Plan and other plans?

The other plans than Enterprise create a single ID account which can upload files. In the Enterprise plan, the ID account that signs up for the plan is positioned as a super owner, and anyone invited by the super owner can create a master owner or owner account. A single plan can create 1000 accounts.
